FAQ - My Approach to Systemic Coaching

  • Let’s be honest—“coaching” can mean a lot of things. What I do isn’t about shouting affirmations or selling success formulas. And “systemic” doesn’t mean complicated—it just means we look at the bigger picture.

Systemic coaching means we work on what’s in your control: your thoughts, behaviours, habits, and patterns. We can’t change others, but we can shift how you relate to what’s happening. That’s where real change begins.

This is a holistic approach, which means: we see you as a whole human—body, mind, emotions, nervous system, relationships. I bring real training and science to this work. I studied business and organisational psychology, I’m a certified coach, and this is my profession—not a side hustle.

  • Because your head has a body for a reason. Movement creates motion. Stillness brings clarity. In our sessions, you might reconnect with your breath, explore how you carry stress, or move to release stuck energy—always in a way that feels safe and accessible.

  • Nutrition isn’t always part of the work—but when your eating habits impact your energy, mood, or stress levels, it can make a real difference. If you’re dealing with emotional eating, burnout, exhaustion, low energy, irregular routines, or skipping meals—we’ll explore that.

As a certified nutritionist (Centre of Excellence), I offer science-informed support—no diet plans, no rules, just honest reflection on how you nourish yourself and how small shifts can bring big value.

  • Yes. My coaching is grounded in trauma-informed principles. That means we move at your pace, respect your boundaries, and build emotional safety. You won't be pushed or forced. You’ll be met with care, presence, and curiosity.

  • I coach both, in German and in English fluently. You choose, I follow!

  • I’m a holistic coach who works with heart, humour, and science. I’m a bit weird (in the best way), deeply empathetic, and always on your side.

I’m a mom to a wonderful daughter, married to a fantastic Greek and we have a little rescue dog named Beanie. I am German and we live on a Greek Island.

I left my corporate career, because I believe that helping others is my calling. And it fills my heart.

I don’t believe in fixing people — I believe in supporting you to become more you. Warmth, clarity, structure, depth — and the occasional grounding breath — that’s what I bring to the table.

 FAQ - Personal Systemic Coaching

  • I work with anyone who feels like something needs to shift. Whether you're stuck, overwhelmed, in transition, or just longing for more clarity — this space is for you. My clients include parents, professionals, creatives, students, recent graduates, managers, and people reimagining who they are or how they want to live.

  • Common coaching themes include:

    • Emotional regulation & overwhelm

    • Burnout, stress & nervous system support

    • Divorce, breakups & relationship changes

    • Career changes & finding direction

    • Self-worth, self-doubt & confidence

    • Identity shifts & life transitions

    • Boundaries, people-pleasing & emotional fatigue

    • Self-love, body image & inner connection

It’s basically life coaching for anyone: professionals, students, managers, women, men, all genders, all ages.

  • Not at all. You don’t need to be in crisis to want more for yourself. Coaching is for the stuck, the tired, the curious, the hopeful. Wanting change is enough.

As a certified nutritionist (Centre of Excellence), I offer science-informed support — no diet plans, no rules, just honest reflection on how you nourish yourself and how small shifts can bring big value.

  • It depends on what you’re bringing in. A single session is usually 60 to max. 90 minutes — and we take the time we need without rushing.

For smaller, focused topics, 1–3 sessions can already bring clarity and movement. For deeper themes or more layered challenges, most clients work with me over 3–6 sessions. Big transitions, long-held patterns, or identity work may need 10–15 sessions or more.

After that, some clients choose to continue with occasional check-ins—every few months or twice a year—to stay connected and supported as life keeps evolving. We’ll decide what fits you, together.

Some clients check in a few times a year after our initial work. That’s up to you.

    Most importantly:
You decide when the process is complete.

  • I offer single sessions, bundles, and longer-term packages. Prices vary depending on the format. The first call is free—we’ll talk through what fits your needs and budget. Also I offer reduced rates in special cases.

  • Yes — for private individuals only. I offer special rates for people on parental leave, students, or those in financial difficulty — especially newly single mothers or those going through hardship. If that’s you, reach out. We’ll find a way.

  • Coaching is not therapy. I don’t treat clinical depression, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, panic disorders, or other serious mental health conditions. Coaching can complement therapy — but only with your therapist’s approval. Your safety comes first.

  • You’ll notice shifts: feeling clearer, calmer, more self-led. Boundaries get easier. Thoughts get less noisy. Sometimes it’s big, sometimes it’s subtle — but you’ll feel something move. And we’ll check in regularly to see what’s changing.

  • Book a free 30-minute intro call and feel it out. You’ll get a sense of how I work, how we connect, and whether this feels like your space. There’s no pressure—just a real conversation.

  • No. Coaching only works when someone wants to be coached. If they don’t, I won’t push it. Forced coaching isn’t ethical or effective.

  • No. Coaching is powerful—but it’s not magic. I don’t guarantee outcomes, because change only happens when people are willing to do the work. I create the space. What someone does with it is up to them.

  • No. Coaching is confidential — even if the company pays. I don’t share what’s discussed, what someone’s “working on,” or how they’re doing. The coaching space belongs fully to the person in it.

  • You’re welcome to gather anonymous or direct feedback from the people I work with. Their experience will tell you more than any spreadsheet. I don’t deliver reports — because coaching is human, not transactional.

  • Of course! Let’s discuss your scope and needs and I’ll design an offer covering what you need including a trial session.
