Systemic Coaching

Seeing the whole picture, creating lasting change.

You already hold the answers.
Systemic coaching helps you find them — by looking at the bigger picture, uncovering the patterns that shape your life, and creating the conditions for real, lasting change.

Whether you want to feel more confident in your personal life, navigate a big change, strengthen your relationships, or lead with more empathy at work — systemic coaching offers a way forward that feels clear, human, and sustainable.

What is Systemic Coaching?

Systemic coaching is a holistic, science-informed approach that works with the whole system you’re part of — your relationships, environment, habits, culture, and history — instead of focusing only on you in isolation.

It’s based on the understanding that:

  • We are all part of interconnected systems — families, teams, organizations, communities.

  • Patterns, habits, and roles often repeat themselves without us realising.

  • Many challenges are symptoms of deeper dynamics in the system.

Instead of asking “What’s wrong with me?” systemic coaching asks:
“What’s going on in the bigger picture — and how can I shift it?”

Why does it work?

Life and work are rarely separate — the same patterns often show up in both.

A recurring argument with a partner might reflect how you handle boundaries everywhere in life.
Stress at work might mirror habits of over-giving or not asking for help that also show up at home.

By mapping these dynamics, we can:

  • Identify root causes rather than chasing symptoms

  • Find small but powerful shifts that have a ripple effect

  • Create lasting change in how you feel, respond, and connect — with yourself and others

How it’s Different from Traditional Coaching

Traditional coaching often focuses on individual goals or mindset.
Systemic coaching zooms out to see:

  • The relationships and interactions that shape your situation

  • The unspoken rules and roles you or others take on

  • The feedback loops that keep things stuck

In personal life, this means you stop blaming yourself and start understanding why things repeat.
In work life, it means better communication, healthier collaboration, and leadership that values people as much as results.

Coaching is not therapy. I don’t treat mental health conditions such as depression, eating disorders, or panic disorders. Coaching can complement therapy – but only with your therapist’s approval. Your safety comes first.

My method: Three pillars to success

Systemic coaching is one pillar of my holistic method.
I combine it with Movement & Meditation to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel grounded. And second with Nutrition — to give your body the stability and energy to support change.

For private clients, this means deeper clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.
For teams and organizations, it means healthier communication, more focus, and a culture where people can do their best work.

Systemic Coaching

We work with systemic questions and visual tools to uncover patterns, habits, and roles, and see how they connect. This makes it easier to identify what needs to shift for real, lasting change.

Movement & Meditation

Mindfulness, body awareness, breath, and presence help you not only think differently, but also feel and move differently. This creates space to release tension, find clarity, and reconnect with yourself.

Nutrition & Self-Care

Food and daily routines are part of how you lead yourself. We explore what supports your energy, focus, and stability – without diet rules or restriction – so change is sustainable.
